New Ensuite, Malmesbury

This project involved a full reconfiguration of the upstairs layout to create a larger, more practical bathroom space. We installed a brand‑new toilet in an area where one had never existed, adding all the necessary plumbing, framework and connections to support the new layout. All existing boarding was removed and replaced due to previous leaks, ensuring the structure was sound before rebuilding.

To achieve the size and layout the customer wanted, the bathroom was expanded into both the second bedroom and the master bedroom. This allowed us to redesign the room from the ground up, improving flow, usability and long‑term functionality. The customer personally selected all tiles and finishes, choosing a modern style that complements the new, extended footprint of the space.

The result is a fully rebuilt, thoughtfully expanded bathroom that feels brighter, more spacious and tailored to the homeowner’s needs.
