Rental Renovation - Kitchen and Bathroom Cirencester

Here we were tasked with freshening up a cosy, period cottage in the beautiful Coxwell St. in Cirencester. Overlay of new stone tiles to the floor, and out with the old and in with the new wall tiles throughout as well as new bath, fixtures and fittings. Custom under stairs cupboard created to house a mini utility room space for washing machine and storage. Downstairs saw new electric underfloor heating system with flagstone flooring and new kitchen to boot! Well worth the investment for the increased rental demand and returns.
