Using modern SIP's construction - meaning insulation just like a modern house, and clad in composite weatherboard, maintenance on this build is as low as you'll get. With ensuite loo and storage, and micro kitchen with hot and cold water as well as a wraparound composite decking and verandah this will give years of relaxed, happy family memories.
