From disused dumping ground to a separate office/kids TV room within a week, this client wanted something very quick, but still offering value for money. We don't scrimp on the quality of finishes though, so whilst quite simple, this build will give a great return on investment and free up much needed space in the main house for their busy family life. We also managed to reserve space at the front of the garage for all the essentials of outdoor living and a freezer for entertaining. With an access door through, this means full usability of both spaces wherever they may be on the property. All in all a good example of how easily garages can really do it all by giving comfort, space and little disruption.
