With a brief to create a light, bright open plan living area, we took over from the architects to manage the full build, working with the client to specify finishes, and what great taste they have too! With stand out features including a complete new ground floor wet underfloor heating system, replacing dated water heating with a new Air Source Heat Pump, knocking out most of the rear wall to create a giant clear opening folding door and installing a beautiful Korniche roof lantern to flood the living area with light.

We're a business that strives to recycle wherever possible, limiting waste and improving efficiencies and the new purpose built boot room made use of most of the reclaimed stone knocked out of the original rear wall.

Siberian Larch offered a more sustainable alternative to Red Cedar and the finish is equally stunning. Landscaping, walling and patio completed what is now a seamless outdoor/indoor flow perfect for their growing young family.
